Squash Doughnut Recipe

Squash Doughnut
Ingredients:
1 C steamed squash
3 pcs egg yolks
1 C sugar
4-5 cups flour
1/4 C evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp baking powder

Procedure:
1. Cream margarine until soft
2. Add sugar alternately with the eggs
3. Add milk, vanilla, and squash.
4. Mix well.
5. Add flour and baking powder
6. Knead slightly
7. Sprinkle a little flour on board.
8. Pour mixture and flatten with the use of rolling pin.
9. Cut through a doughnut cutter.
10. Fry until golden brown
11. Drain
12. Dip in sugar, if desired.
