     Have Goals- to achieve this apply discipline and consistency (everyday!)
     Hardwork works!!! Yearly, monthly, weekly and daily.
     Continue to progress!
3. Spend your money wisely. It’s not how much you have but what you do with what you have.
     You cannot take your money with you.
     Help others. It will help you succeed. The joy that comes from helping others is priceless.
     You will benefit from the feeling you’ll get in your heart.
4. Always communicate with God the source of all the good things in life.
     Say thank you in advance.
     “Say thank you in advance for what you already yours. True desire in the heart for anything good is God’s proof to you set beforehand to indicate that it is yours already yours!”

I wanna put on love… I wanna go out and treat people right. I’m gonna be kind to somebody.
Make a plan to go out and behave yourself.
Plan ahead of time that when somebody offends you you’re gonna forgive immediately.
Plan ahead of time to be quick to forgive.
Plan ahead of time to encourage people.
Say a little something to people that will help them feel better than they were before you meet them.

Put on fresh new attitude
Prayer in the morning: Father thank you for this day. Thank you that you woke me up. Thank you that
                                          you give me air to breath. Thank you that you surrounded me with favour. I’m  
                                          grateful to be alive. I’m grateful for my family. Lord I’m gonna live this life to
                                          the ful.

Let go of yesterday’s disappointment

You can argue with words but you cannot argue with consistent action.

Start your day with hope…
I don’t focus in what’s wrong and I’m grateful for all the right things in my life.
This day is a gift from God. It is filled with great ideas and possibility.

I am going to live in positive, hopeful, being good to people. It’s a choice

This is a Lord the lord has made, I’m gonna live it in faith, I’m going to be kind, I’m going to see the best, I’m going to make the most of this day.

Swiss Roll (TESDA)

Ingredients: 170 grams Cake flour (2 cups) 100 grams sugar (1 cup) 50 grams oil (1/3 cup) 6 pcs eggs 70 grams sugar (1/2 cup for meringue) 1 tsp vanilla Procedure: 1. Combine cake flour and 1 cup sugar. Sift together. 2. In a separate bowl combine eggyolk,water, vanilla extract and oil together and beat until ingredients are combined. 3. Add in the dry ingredients and whip at low speed for 1 minutes and scrape side down off the bowl. Whip about 2 minutes or until batter is very smooth and fluffy. Set aside. 4. Beat the egg whites to snow peak and gradually add to remaining sugar, whisk to soft peak. 5. Gently fold the meringue in the reserved batter until incorporated.
